電話業(yè)務(wù)、客服咨詢(xún)都是公司里經(jīng)常會(huì)碰到的問(wèn)題。雖然快捷高效，但是由于通話雙方都見(jiàn)不到面，很可能當(dāng)對(duì)方說(shuō)了一大堆后，你還是懵逼狀態(tài)，不止所以然。因此，在電話中談業(yè)務(wù)時(shí)除了要記下關(guān)鍵句詞以外，還要注意一下幾點(diǎn)：

(1)要清楚的介紹自己，并確認(rèn)接電話的對(duì)方是否是自己想要找的人。

情況一：接電話剛好是你要找的人。

A: Hi, I am Tom. May I speak to Peter?

你好，我是湯姆，請(qǐng)問(wèn)皮特在嗎?

B: This is Peter speaking.

我就是皮特。

B:That's me.

我就是。

情況二：接電話的人不是你要找的人。

A:May I speak to Mr. Li?

請(qǐng)問(wèn)李先生在嗎?

B: He's not here right now.

他現(xiàn)在不在這里。

B: What bad luck! He's not at home.

真不湊巧!他出去了。

B:He is in conference and cannot come to the telephone.

情況三: 接電話的人轉(zhuǎn)交電話給你要找的人。

（2）留口信。
